Since 2009, Flirty has proudly spread its love for pole dancing across Luxembourg. With passion, we've taught more than 25,000 students — and we're only getting started.
We're renowned for the most glamorous hen parties and birthdays in the country, workshops with some of the best pole athletes in the world, and retreats for those craving intensive training.

Our heart and soul. Regular pole classes several times a week: 60 minutes for a short, complementary session, or 90 minutes for a full class in depth, where we take the time. Book it all on Bookeo.

Pole retreats and camps lasting from 4 days to 2 weeks, in stunning locations around the world — currently Thailand and Ibiza — with some of the best coaches on the planet.
Short on time? Take 60 minutes for a short, complementary session — strength, tricks and flow in one hour. Want to go further? Take 90 minutes for a full class in depth, where we take the time. From €25 a class, or as little as €18 with a membership.
Class levels
Wherever you're starting from, there's a class made for you. Our progression takes you step by step, at your pace.
Never touched a pole and feeling a little intimidated? This is your safe, friendly first step. No experience, no pressure — just a warm welcome and a lot of fun discovering what your body can do.
Your very beginning. A wonderfully beginner-friendly class where you learn the first steps and the fundamentals of pole, build confidence and have a brilliant time.
Ready to leave the ground. You start to climb and go upside down, learning the fundamentals of inverted pole — outside leg hang, inside leg hang, Superman.
All the fundamentals, mastered. We refine every core move and start linking them together into smooth, flowing sequences.
Where it gets powerful. Develop your fundamentals upside down, on one arm and into dynamic moves, with more strength and flexibility — combining everything into real routines.
Keep your body healthy, supple and tension-free. Release everyday stress, recover from training, and unlock the flexibility that takes your pole further.
Sensual, expressive dance in heels. Focused on movement, musicality and self-expression — highly technical, but less about raw strength. Pure confidence.
Everyone, together. All levels train side by side, play and inspire each other, guided by an instructor who adapts to each person.
Your own time on the pole. Perfect for training solo or practising what you learned in class, at your own pace.

It all started in 2017 with our very first Pole Camp in Thailand — and we never stopped.
Our story
Flirty didn't start as a business plan. It started with one pole and one person with a burning desire to share her passion for pole — and to build a community of strong women in Luxembourg.
15 years later, more than 25,000 women have walked through our doors — some curious, some nervous, many sure that "this isn't for me." It was. Some found a hobby. Some found a stage and went on to compete. Almost all found the same thing: confidence, and a room where they could finally breathe out.
That's the part that was never really about discipline. Flirty became a cocoon — a place to express yourself, unwind and share real moments, to fall and try again, cheered on by women who get it. Their words say it better than we ever could.

Good to know
Not at all. Most of our students start as complete beginners. You'll build strength and flexibility over time — you just need to show up.
Shorts and a fitted top work best (bare skin helps you grip), plus water. We'll guide you through everything else on your first visit.
Absolutely not. Pole is for every woman, every age and every body. Our studio is a judgement-free space, always.
Your first class is €20. After that, a single class is €25, and with a membership it comes down to as little as €18 a class.

We're at 18 rue Fort Wallis, L-2714 Luxembourg, a few minutes from the station. Parking Fort Neipperg is right by us and the first two hours are free.
