The art of pole

What is pole dance?

Dance, strength, and a little bit of magic. You do not need to be an athlete to begin. We start from zero. We walk with you from there.

A sport. An art. A way back to yourself.

Pole dance is dance and acrobatics on a vertical bar — a practice that asks for your body and gives you something back. Little by little you notice it: more strength, more flexibility, more endurance. And something quieter, too. You stand differently. You trust yourself more.

It is not reserved for women who are already strong or already flexible. It is something you grow into, one class at a time — at your pace, with people who want you to succeed.

What is pole dance?

Who is it for?

Any woman who wants to try something new and feel good in her body. Any age. Any shape. Any starting point.

You do not need gymnastics. You do not need to be fearless on day one. You only need to walk through the door. We begin with a warm-up, we learn the first real moves together, and we finish with a stretch that lets your body land.

The room is warm, unhurried and reserved for women. Nobody is measuring you. We clap for the small wins. That is how this studio has felt since 2009.

Yes — you can do this too

Most of us arrived exactly where you are: curious, a little nervous, not sure the pole was “for us”. It was. Your first spin is enough. The rest comes.

Yes — you can trust this room

Patient teachers, a kind studio, and more than fifteen years of first times. You will be guided, never rushed, never judged.

Yes — you will have a place here

A real community of women who cheer each other on. Friendships start on the pole. You will not be left at the edge of the room.

From zero, your own hero

Strength comes. Going upside down comes. The surprise is not that you become powerful — it is that you recognise yourself.

What a class actually feels like

60 to 90 minutes

A complete class: warm-up, technique, and a final stretch. Time to learn — never a rush.

Professional X-Poles & Pole-O-Mat mats

The equipment is made for this. You can try, fall safely, and try again.

A first class for €20

One hour or one hour and a half, no experience needed — just to see how it feels in your body, and in the room.

A space for women

The studio is reserved for women. Come as you are. You will be among friends.

What should I wear?

Clothes you can move in. Shorts and a fitted top work best — skin against the pole is how you hold on. First classes are barefoot. Heels come later, when you want them, for a routine that feels like a celebration.

One important thing: please skip body lotion before class. It makes the pole slippery, and we want you safe.

A path you can actually walk

From your first spin to climbing, to going upside down, to figures with names like Gemini and Scorpio — you learn in chapters, never all at once. Initiation, beginner, intermediate, advanced, open level: there is a class that meets you where you are.

From zero, a hero.

Maybe you are here out of curiosity. Maybe you are a little nervous. Both are a very good place to begin.

Come once. See how the room feels. See what your body already knows how to do.
