Sue
All levels · Technique focus
The technician. If you love understanding exactly how a move works, this is your class.
Sue discovered pole in 2012 and fell in love with it instantly. Since then pole has followed her across France, Dubai, London, New York, Cary and now Luxembourg, where she has been teaching at Flirty since 2019.
She brings one of the deepest technical understandings in the team. Years of continuous training and teaching have given her a precise eye for technique, alignment, movement quality and progression. She keeps building on it through workshops, private lessons with internationally recognised pole artists, retreats and flexibility training — and she regularly learns from osteopaths, physiotherapists and sports doctors to understand injury prevention and recovery.
What she loves most is the teaching itself: breaking a movement down and finding the one adjustment that makes it finally click. Pole made her stronger and more fluid, but above all it helped her feel confidently beautiful in her own body. That is what she wants for her students.
